Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation


Warburtons want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for replacement, credit or full refund of goods value.

We advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon receipt before removing any packaging, tags or labels. Please contact us for your Returns Authorisation Number.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and complete with all product packaging, tags and labels. Please ensure that items are returned in the original outer packaging or equivalent to prevent damage in transit. Items received outside the indicated time frame are accepted at our discretion. Unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if found to be faulty. Regrettably, bespoke items, including non-standard ring-sizes, items with custom engraving, and other items as indicated on the product description page cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

The purchaser is responsible for all costs including postage associated with the return of any items unless found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We advise that returns should be sent via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery as Warburtons accepts no responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

If you have requested a refund, please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your claim for your returned items. Refunds will be made to the purchaser's credit card, debit card or PayPal account from which the original payment was collected.

Cancelling Your Order

If you realise that you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, either by letter (proof of postage or recorded delivery is recommended) or e-mail.

You can notify us of your cancellation prior to dispatch by email to [email protected] Where your order has already been despatched to you, please follow our guidelines for returning goods as above. All items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.


If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us customer services via email or phone for your Returns Authorisation Number and we can advise you on the best way to proceed.

Non-Arrival of Order

Orders typically take between two and five working days to be delivered, but please allow up to 15 working days. We are unable to make enquiries with Royal Mail until a period of 15 working days has elapsed.

If you still have not received your goods after that period, then please contact us and we will look into the matter urgently. We shall have no liability unless you notify us in writing by letter or email within 30 working days of the date you ordered the goods.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Goods

If the goods we deliver arrive in a damaged or defective condition, or are different to the goods you ordered, please contact us immediately.

Our customer service team will help you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and provide a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that we shall have no liability unless you notify us in writing by letter or email within 14 working days of delivery. This does not affect your Statutory Rights
